Teachers Who Know Your Child
The people who care for your child make a big difference. At The Community School of The Park Cities, our teachers bring a combination of education, experience, and genuine care to their work with children.
Our teachers either have a college education or many years of experience working with young children. Many have also been part of our school community for years. Our full-time teachers have an average tenure of five years or more, with several who have been with us much longer.
We believe that stability matters. When children see familiar faces each day, they have the opportunity to build trusting relationships and feel comfortable in their classrooms. That same consistency also allows our teachers to really get to know the children in their care.
As a nonprofit organization, we are able to invest in our teachers through opportunities for continued education, paid time off, and healthcare benefits. We believe that supporting the people who care for our children helps us build the kind of stable, caring community we want every family to experience.
